To access FTP you will need an FTP Client such as FileZilla. Filezilla is a free, open source program and can be downloaded from http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/ .
Fill out the information at the top of FileZilla. The Address is the same as your game server's IP address (do not include the PORT) The username and password are the same as your log in information to your MyGameCP.
